Motivated individual with interests in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Astronomy, Social and Environmental Justice and Politics.

After high school I went straight into the job market and started my own landscape business. After several years of managing the landscape business I chose to pursue a career in the same field; that career path was not in my future. After having several life challenges, I took a step back and looked at my life and chose to pursue what had always been my passion; math, engineering, and science. Hence the path I am on now. In 2012, I enrolled at Camden County College in Blackwood, New Jersey in the Engineering Science program, and then in 2013 I decided to double major in Mathematics.

Keeping active within the college community is important to me. While I was attending Camden County College, I was in the Honors Program, the President and a founding member of the Camden County College Engineering Society, a member of the Camden County College Chemistry Club and finally a member of Phi Theta Kappa an international honor society. I was awarded the 2013 Research and Development Council of New Jersey Merit Scholarship; being one of sixteen community college students in New Jersey that were awarded the scholarship. I have also been awarded many other honors and scholarships, please view my CV for a complete list.

I participate in community service opportunities, such as The 2015, 2014, & 2013 Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service. I am always looking for other opportunities which will allow me to give back to my community.

I have completed my education at Camden County College. I have transferred to the University of Utah in Salt Lake City to obtain my Bachelors of Civil & Environmental Engineering. My final educational goal is to obtain a Ph.D. in Civil & Environmental Engineering and a Master's in Mathematics, with which I hope to be able to give back to and advance the human cause. Whether by working in research for the government, education, or the private sector; or by putting my skills to use on some other project or cause that accomplishes the same thing.

Please feel free to reach me anytime. I am always interested in new projects and ideas.
